LaShan has been a caregiver and business owner for decades.

Her experience covers every aspect of the caregiving industry, and she started For Worker Bees LLC together with Cassandra to offer their services to new and existing business owners in Arizona seeking support in the caregiving industry.

Many DDD group homes are now seeking staff, so the company has expanded to offer staffing services by matching staff to group homes that are hiring near them!

Cassandra worked as a nurse for many years in Arizona, and also has worked in the caregiving industry for decades.

Cassandra offers renovation services to group home owners, and all other business or home owners. Whether it be a few light fixtures, or a whole home makeover, she has the experience to get it done!

Together with LaShan, she is thrilled to offer consulting services that benefit DDD group Homes, helping them to provide a higher standard of care for members, and also offer staffing support through the hiring agency side of the business.

Roula has been a human resource manager for over 10 years.

She is self-motivated,  with task orientated goals. 

Roula is a people person and interacting with people is her passion!

She is able to work through complex problems to find solutions.

Roula fluently speaks English, Arabic and Assyrian.  She is a little shy with photos, but not shy to talk with people and help with job hunting!
